Complete and really practical ! I love the strongs and reading plan

The new version is a milestone in Bibel software! User Interface and usability is very good! Awesome!

This is probably the best Bible program that is available for iPhone right now. However, the ESV Bible for BibleReader lacks a couple of things. For starters, you cannot add onto it some of the store items that you can in others. I wanted to add the NA27 Greek and the BHS but I couldnt do it in this version. One other item that might be a real boon would be a text-to-voice reader. For example, it would be great if all of the books or sermons that you can add into the library were able to be read to you in audio as you travel. I would love to be able to listen to Pipers biographies or Spurgeons sermons while travelling, even if it was through an electronic voice. This may be someting to look into. I still highly recommend this app, but was a bit miffed with the inability to buy certain volumes for it.

I love this app, but I can not rate it any higher until the description matches the products features. I cannot buy any additional books through in app purchase because apparently this version has not been approved for that yet! Instead I receive a message saying I need to buy another Olive Tree Product that has been approved to purchase the items? Come on!

I love this app its really awesome. But one thing that Ive been waiting for, and I hope it comes shortly is the ability to make a custom reading plan. Apart from that ability the program is awesome and I love the search ability.

One of the best bible study apps to have with you. Simple yet fully featured. Multi-platform with one learning curve only to overcome. Ideal for comparative studies.

Its a good app and u dont need cell signal but I think the price was a bit high.

I use the BBE version to read the lessons during the Service at the Nursing Home. I appreciate the library of Christian Classic Books. Thank you!

confusing to use

The most recent series of updates have been a nightmare; lost notes, incorrect or missing highlighting, missing bible versions that wont load. A really frustrating experience that is too frequent with this publisher.

The app has been quite buggy lately, though its improving. Sometimes after going to a chapter through the reading plan, after going to the next page, it loads the wrong verses. Also, the check box for completing readings from my reading plan is small and really hard to press. Please enlarge!!

Can read verses and get Hebrew or Greek for the words that are written. After months of using, there is no other app that does what it says and way more. It is one of top 10 apps ever made for the apple system including all the iOS devices. God Bless. As of May 21, its still excellent.

By far, this is the best Bible software available for a mobile device. Buy the version that includes the books you need, and it will also sync with your Olive Tree account to add books you may have bought for other platforms. Great search capability, split screen for viewing two passages at once, bookmarking, and cross reference popup displays. And it keeps getting better with each update!

This is far from "abandon ware". Olive tree keeps up and its a pleasure to use.

Ive been through my share of Bible apps. This is by far the best. Yes, it costs a little more than some, but the resources are literally unparalleled in an electronic format. I bought the in app study notes as well, and now have all of the notes plus the Greek with full definitions. If you are serious about your studying or are a student in seminary, this is definitely the app to purchase. If you spend money on something else, you will regret it.

Years ago while traveling if I were doing Bible Study I would have to load up numerous books. Now everything is on my IPAD. Study guides, commentaries, Strong Concordance, maps. The Word of God is always with me, easy to access and study. Olive Trees support has been outstanding as they responded to an email I sent. This has been money well spent!
